Effective 6 October 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how HRH101 ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Trade Finder mobile app ("the app").
Trade Finder does not ask for your name, email address or phone number, and has no user accounts. The free version shows ads from Google AdMob; Premium has no ads. We do not sell your data.
1. App user ID: a random identifier created on your device the first time you open the app (for example tf_837f…). It lets us keep your alerts and subscription status working. It is not linked to your name.
2. Notification token: if you create an alert and allow notifications, your device's push token (from Firebase Cloud Messaging) is stored so we can send your alerts.
3. Alerts and scan alerts: the requirements you choose (asset, direction, timeframes, scan settings and your indicator settings) are stored on our server so alerts can be checked while the app is closed.
4. Subscription status: purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive only your subscription status (active, expired) through our subscription provider RevenueCat. We never receive your payment card details.
5. Technical data: like any internet service, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address briefly to deliver and protect the service. We do not use it to identify or profile you.
6. On your device only: your portfolio, indicator settings and app preferences are stored on your phone and are not sent to us, except your indicator settings when you run a scan or save a scan alert.
7. Advertising (free version only): Google AdMob shows ads and may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, and information about ad views and taps, to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and UK), you are asked for consent first and can change your choice at any time with "Ad privacy settings" on the Premium screen. To run the app: show market analysis, keep your Premium access active and send the notifications you asked for. In the free version, Google AdMob uses the data described in point 7 to show and measure ads. We do not build profiles of you ourselves.
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), Google AdMob (ads in the free version), RevenueCat (subscription status), Cloudflare (hosting and database), and Google Play / Apple App Store (payments).
Alerts are kept until you delete them in the app. Notification tokens are removed automatically when they stop working. Subscription status is kept while your Premium access is active and for record-keeping afterwards.
You can delete any alert in the app at any time (Portfolio → bell). To delete all information linked to your app user ID, email us at contact@hrh101.com with the User ID shown at the bottom of the Premium screen. We will delete it within 30 days. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your phone.
Trade Finder is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process information from anyone under 18.
Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Our service providers may process it in countries other than yours, under their own security and privacy commitments.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes will be shown in the app.
